These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via our website: www.ultimateteashop.nl and www.ultimateteashop.com, or instagram: instagram.com/ultimateteashop. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Products and Availability

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions and availability. However, all products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of our accepted payment methods.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

  • We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to enjoy your UltiMaté TEA order. That’s why we encourage mindful ordering to help reduce unnecessary shipping and lower our CO2 footprint. If you're unsure about a flavor, consider trying a sample first. Still need help deciding? Just reach out—we’re happy to guide you.

If you do need to return an unopened, unused product, you can do so within 30 days without giving any reason in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as part of our commitment to sustainability (unless the return is due to our error eg. wrong product). Refunds will be issued to the provided IBAN within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Thank you for joining us in making a positive impact!

6. Privacy and Data Protection

UltiMaté TEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount of the product in question.

 

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
